On pretty much every front, really. And that is the most family friendly title I could come up with. If you haven't seen the NJ article this AM recounting some of the history of the despicable Dr. Bradley, then do yourself a favor. People with blood pressure issues should be forewarned. But this is a just a horror show on pretty much every front:

Markell and O’Mara Unveil Recycling Effort

Today, Governor Markell and DNREC Secretary Colin O'Mara unveiled their plan to implement a statewide recycling plan that will change the way that Delawareans dispose of recyclable materials.
Recycling would remain voluntary for homes and businesses under the plan, but curbside services and special containers would be universally available. Commercial haulers and municipal governments that collect trash would be required to provide curbside pickups.

The Great Big End of Year Polling Post

This has been a year of transition. We saw in 2009 the first non-white President take office, markets came crashing down, jobs lost, political parties realigning themselves and lots of people angry about either what they want their government to give them or what they don't want from government. Blogs have sprung up and blogs have shut down and some have been reshuffled. An entire industry has departed Delaware, and new ones are showing some green shoots through the scarred landscape.
