Nobody likes “regulations” until your drinking water is filled with hog feces

When Republicans carry on about how "regulations" and say that eneed to be "cut" because "the economy." Please ask them to be specific. Because more often than not they are talking about cutting regulations that are designed to do things like deal with the millions of gallons of untreated sewage produced by industrial hog farms. The heavy rain expected from Hurricane Florence could flood hog manure pits, coal ash dumps and other industrial sites in North Carolina, creating a noxious witches’ brew of waste that might wash into homes and threaten drinking water supplies. Computer models predict more than 3 feet of rain in the eastern part of the state, a fertile low-lying plain veined by brackish rivers with a propensity for escaping their banks. Longtime locals don’t have to strain their imaginations to foresee what rain like that can do. It’s happened before.

...I know it’s 9/11 and I can tell you right now, that there is nothing better than how this country has changed for the better. Under that monkey Obama I would never have been able to outright tell an idiot on welfare to go get a job or better yet yell at a queer at Starbucks to leave the country and go to that socialist failing dystopia in Europe you love so much. Shit the other day I cheered when they called the cops on those two “African americans” sucking on free wifi and not buying shit. You know damn well “they” just go in there to cause trouble and stick their chins out about how it’s their store.

"Tossup, or D Pickup?" That's the main question to answer when looking at the November matchups. Some candidates are good and some are weak, but this election day, unlike any other, will come down to voter engagement. Right now all early signs point to the fact that "R Pickup" isn't a high probability outcome in any race. Primary day turnout is instructive. 83,000 Democratic voters were moved to vote in the primary. Meanwhile, Republican turnout went from nearly 70,000 voters in the 2016 primary to just under 38,000 on Thursday. Importantly, the Harris campaign and other primary candidates focused on reaching new voters, young people, and people of color. Keeping those new voters and adding to their ranks may not be difficult given Trump's poll ratings in Delaware. (Approve:36 Disapprove: 58 No Opinion:6.) Those numbers, and the bloody flag being waved by President Obama, allow EVERY Democrat in every race to make Trump an issue in this election. That will push Republicans to either run toward or away from the President. A Kevin Hensley (for example) running toward Trump provides ammunition for his challenger and increases Dem turnout. A "nice polite Republican" like Hensley running away from the Cheeto provides the GOP nuts an excuse to stay home.

1) I thought Coons was chummy with the media? 2) It still kills me when Coons & Carper talk about "The Delaware Way" like it is a good thing. It is like listening to some Catholic Priests talking about how close they are with the parish's alter boys.

Kerri lives in Kent County, works in New Castle County, and advocates in Sussex County. Kerri is a working person, parent, and someone who is constantly improving. Here’s some of the stats on this race: - We’ve communicated with over 100,000 voters in Delaware - We’ve raised over $175,000 (which was ahead of our goal and allowing us to increase our budget and reach out to even more voters!) - We’ve developed over 800 volunteers - We’ve been averaging 2-3 press hits a day over these past few months (we even had to get a bigger venue for tomorrow’s election night watch party to accommodate all the press and volunteers coming) - Kerri won the debate with Sen.
