468 days ago, on March 11th, 2020 the Delaware Division of Public Health announced the state’s first positive case of COVID-19. The case involved a man over the age of 50 who was associated with the University of Delaware. Only 47% vaccinated, New Castle?  That's fucking pitiful. Are Cops the most violent gang in Delaware?
