Judge Vaughn upheld the AG office's decision that Libertarian candidates Brent Wangen and William McVay can not run in the Democratic and/or Republican primaries.
A ruling by the Attorney General's office has determined that the Libertarian candidates Will McVay and Brent Wangen can not run in multiple parties at the same time unless they are nominated by that party.
