Outing People Is NOT Okay
Kevin Ohlandt, of Exceptional Delaware, has crossed a line. He has outed an anonymous commenter – and one that doesn’t post on his blog. Publius posts on Kilroy’s. I disagree with Publius almost 100% of the time. His comments read like a high school burn book, but that is no excuse for what Kevin has done. There might not be many rules in blogging, but this one is carved in stone.
I hesitate to link to the post because giving this sort of behavior more hits is wrong. I have emailed Kevin asking him to pull the post. I’ll update with his decision.
New Blog In Town – Steve Newton Whiskey
Steve Newton has started a new blog. Go read!
What’s interesting is this:
I’d rather have a system of ethics than an ideology.
So I’m starting over here, in a sense. As a historian I know that all phenomena involve both continuity and change. I’m still the same person, with the same background, the same interests, the same flaws, and the same leanings, that I was about seven years ago when I first started publishing The Delaware Libertarian. I’m just unwilling to confine my ideas, my observations, or my potential solutions to that framework any more.
Frank Knotts Leaving Delaware Politics Blog
Frank Knotts, longtime contributor to DelawarePolitics.net, has written his farewell post.
I have come to the conclusion recently that Delaware Politics has taken a turn down a path that I am no longer comfortable with traveling. there are some who will say it was I who made a turn, and that may be fair, but whatever the case, I see myself and the management here heading in two separate directions.

A Message From Kavips…
This makes me sad. Hopefully, this isn’t good-bye. Kavips is a strong, intelligent, passionate voice in blogging. Agree, or disagree with him, Kavips made us think. For that, Kavips, I thank you.
Frank Knotts’ Last Post At Delaware Politics?
Frank Knotts, a contributor at Delaware Politics, has written a post about other contributors penchant for deleting comments they simply don’t agree with. This deleting of comments has been going on for quite a while, and fingers are being pointed at Don Ayotte – rightly so, imo. For the second time today I have been […]
Looks Like There’s A New Blog In Town
Steve Newton brings us Civil But Disobedient. I hadn’t realized Steve had started his own blog until I surfed over his name in the comments, and what do I find when I visit? A post calling out Delaware Liberal. Just like the good old days!
Don Ayotte Gets Called Out By Fellow Contributor At Delaware Politics
Could this be “As The Tea Party Turns III”?
Kavips Spells Out How We Got To The Brink Of Disaster
Our one and only Kavips has a diary entitled You Just Don’t Get It… moving up the Daily Kos rec list. So… go read and rec! Here’s a taste: And so they upped the ante… They said there should be a shift of $4 trillion to take care of the long term debt problem. When […]
Marriage Equality vs. Civil Unions
Yesterday in a meeting with bloggers, Governor Markell stated that he supported Civil Unions for Delaware but hadn’t thought about full marriage equality.
