The spectacle of the Delaware Republican party devolving into a gooey mess is just pure entertainment.

I agree. And as the GOP implodes, this could turn into a retirement tsunami.

All the Republicans have to hurry up and take these cushy lobbyist jobs while there are still other Republicans in the GA to lobby.

  3. Yeah, Smith’s getting out to a cushy lobbyist job before the new legislation passes, that way guaranteeing that he gets a well-paying job without having to wait.

    Kowalko sure showed him.

Man, as soon as the lobbyist ban was brought up, Smith got out of there faster than Britney fleeing rehab.

This morning when I heard Wayne “Show me the money” Smith was resigning, I wondered which wingnut would comment on which lefty would claim claim credit.

  8. When I heard about it last night, I wondered which lefty or wingnut would have something interesting to say about it outside of petty sniping.

Sorry to offend your delicate sensibilities Joe. But something about politicians using their office to cash in while giving the finger to their constituents a mere four months after being re-elected brings out the petty snipe in me.
