Oh, about the U.S. Congress endorsement. It takes at least 12 Districts recommending endorsement for the New Castle Dems to recommend endorsement to the State Exec. Comm. KHN doesn’t have twelve yet. As of last night she had six.
Carper would try to break up a fight, only to have his knee cave in or his foot break or something. That guy’s had more operations in the past five years than Grey’s Anatomy.
