    Seriously, I think there is someone there who enjoys sarcastic writing. Several months ago, someone was arrested for public urination on Rt 141. I totally forgot what they said, but I do remember it was a great play on words and all the do-gooders (probably the same ones behind the Christiana Mall fiasco) got all up in arms and lodged many complaints to the station.
