    At every opportunity.

    What I have observed is they are almost always available in southern states. A lot of places in California also.

    I think it oughta be a law (for real).

    Next time you’ve got a layover at Chicago’s O’Hare airport, check out their automated version. I can’t decide if it’s scary or cool, but all you have to do is press a button and a little plastic sleeve comes out of the wall and covers the seat for you.

    I have seen and used those. I like them, although I fear sitting on it and having the machine trying to retract at the same time.
