Awesome strategy being invoked by the whitehouse. If you haven’t been following, essentially every President gets a library, how that cash is raised is HIGHLY secret. Well someone videotaped a bush guy saying that they could see the VP, Sec of State of for a few million.

Talking to the New York Times, White House spokeswoman Dana Perino revealed new rules to prevent the appearance of any quid pro quo.
On Wednesday, Ms. Perino said Mr. Bush had asked that members of his foundation “do not inform him about anyone who has written a check, or decided not to write a check, until after he’s no longer president.”
Pretty sweet huh?
How much will his friggin’ library cost? Is he paying someone to color the books for him or is he planning to do it himself?
Is Miss Dana saying “library” or ‘libary”??? She ‘s so baffled she is mumbling some words.

Dana Perino’s response was funny — she, of course, did not say that the Bush Crime family would stop using gang signs to indicate who gets the package after the money drop….
