An anonymous tipster reports that there is serious talk about Joe Biden having a big rally in Delaware Friday morning. Possibly at the U of D.
I just posted this as well, but you beat me so I deleted. But I did say I find this HIGHLY unlikely.
Why would Biden be in Delaware on the last Friday before the election!!??!! Ohio. Missouri. Florida. Indiana. Montana. North Dakota. Virginia. North Carolina. Nevada. Pennsylvania. Georgia. All of these are swing states that require visits from the ticket over the final days of the campaign. Why would Delaware get Biden on Friday instead of the aforementioned states. It seems improbable, impratical, and impossible.
Biden likes Delaware and we are in the Philadelphia media market. I think he might want a big friendly crowd (not that he could not get one in Ohio).

I heard this from someone who is a damn fine resource on Sunday — he didn’t know when it would be though. He also noted that Obama was asked to come with Biden to this rally and they’ve got a commitment to try to make that happen.
No doubt a Delaware rally is a second tier event (but Biden is still running for Senate here, he probably wants to do something to remind folks of that) for the Obama camp, but I’ve heard exactly the same thing.
Won’t that be the Phillies parade time, too?

Delaware could easily be a stop on a swing through PA, DE, NC, FL And he would get TV coverage in the Philly market.

Just got a robocall from Biden. The event starts at 10 a.m.
Bidens people better get on the stick. Voters are asking “why should we vote twice”, once for VP and one for Senate? Two people today asked that question. They got a call from Biden people in Delaware. When the voter asked “why should I vote for him twice”, the staff person couldnt answer. This could be a real problem.
Phils parade will be Friday to allow police to make preparations tomorrow….
