    Latest Biden gaffe today at UD: He watched Kennedy’s 1965 inauguration right here at the Scrounge. (For those of you who attended Delaware public schools, that would have been two years after JFK was assassinated.)

    Unstable, when he graduated from UD (1965) History was his major (doubled with Poli Sci.) I’m guessing the Scrounge story is a rhetorical flourish, not (literally) an actual memory.
