I think that is the ultimate November surprise.

You just can’t top a dead grandmother.

Even the “sad grandpa” strategy won’t save John now.

  2. liberalgeek says:

Oh my. That is a sad thing to hear. What a week.

    Sad.

  4. gnarkil says:

That ends the birth certificate problem now don’t it?

  5. jason330 says:

There never was a birth ceritificate problem.

    This is very sad, indeed.

    RIP Mrs. Dunham.

  7. Unstable Isotope says:

That’s very sad news. I’m sorry that none of Obama’s guardians lived to see him elected president, although I’m sure she was very, very proud of him.

  8. Matt J says:

Wasn’t this the “typical white grandmother” that he threw under the bus along with Rev. Wright earlier in the campaign?

  9. jason330 says:

Poor guy. You feel it all slipping away, don’t you?

  10. delawaredem says:

Matt J is a slimeball. No words of sympathy. Just a continued attack. May he suffer greatly tomorrow and for the next 16 years.

  11. pandora says:

It’s okay, DD. Matty is typing through his tears.

  12. delawaredem says:

I just wish there was some other punishment available to those like Matt J other than losing an election and watching your entire ideology be rejected by an overwhelming majority of Americans.

I much prefer that they all be exiled to Iraq.

  13. a. price says:

he’s an a$$. the loss of a loving grandparent is tough.
political alignment aside, the ability to make a comment like that about a fellow human being requires a total lack of humanity and compassion.
Matt J, you and everyone like you is the reason why we are in the mess we are in… Mrs Dunham, and people like HER are the reasons why we are about to make the pivot that brings this country back from the edge of the abyss and once again makes us the beacon of hope in the world.

  14. pandora says:

    Nicely said, a. price.
