    Al Jackson on Delaware Talk Radio tonight laid out just who Rochford is. This man shouldn’t be in Jacks admnistration. Rochford is a rovian throwback and tied to the Del. Public Policy Insitute, and the State Chamber of Commerce. Why didnt Jack think of Brian Seelander..or someone of his stature instead of this republican has been.
