    Yes he even took the oath over again this afternoon given by the Chief justice

    Yeah, a repub strict constructionist judge screwed up the strict construction.

    I hope by now Justice Robert’s ego is firmly hidden under that robe…..

    NPR: (sic) “….Justices are reluctant to ‘do’ the swearing in for fear of stumbling/bumbling but not John Roberts. Justice Roberts decided to commit the oath to memory ” (didn’t even have a cheat sheet copy with him).

    I am relieved that President Obama took the oath over.

    So, what’s the deal here? I can think of a couple cospiracy scenarios……..
