    I was constipated for about a month early last year. First time ever. Was the nastiest shit I ever went through. Well, if only I’d have shit more often. I tried everything!! As an absolute last resort, I even tried an enema for the first time. Let me tell you something, can any of you imagine Mike Matthews bent over a toilet trying to give himself an enema?

    And even that didn’t work! I did Raisin Bran, mineral oil, Metamucil, fasting…everything! However, my constitution repaired itself and one day my ass just went through some incredible motions that seemed to last for an hour. The stench was awful, but I was free at last, free at last! And I was able to eat again!
