    If memory serves me right, besides clearing brush at his ranch in Texas, implementing this ban was what the Worst.President.Ever had just done prior to 9/11.

    Encouraging! Now if we could be just as assertive in getting Geithner to do better in dealing with the whole toxic assets issue.
    I am afraid I agree with what Delaware Dem and folks like Duncan Black have to say.

    Here is Mike Castle solitary chance of maintaining the image of being moderate. He actually believes in this one issue which is really not a progressive or moderate issue. The issue is that Europe scientists have been at work and advanced on the issue, because Bush was a fool.
