Visit The DelawareLiberal Booth at the Great Green Expo

Filed in National by on March 21, 2009

I’ll be manning the DelawareLiberal.net booth* today at the Great Green Expo from about 11:00.

*In the interest of sustainability, DelawareLiberal.net does not have a “booth” per se.

In the same way that this broadsheet is not printed on paper, our booth occupies a mental space rather than a physical space.  Anyway, say hello if you see me and Mrs. Liberal roaming around in search of Ed Begley.

$7.00 for adults children under 12 free

Chase Center at the Riverfront 9am to 5pm

Possibly Erroneous Ed Begley Trivia: Ed appeared on five episodes of “Room 222” as “the blonde kid with glasses” a role he reprised in a 1973 episode of “Love American Style” and a 1980 episode of “Quincey ME”

why do people/adults have to pay? I don’t have the money to go. I bet there is tons of handouts that are junk that people take and then throw away. that happens at lots of these “enviro” things. Hope I am wrong.

  5. anon says:

    There’s a $2 coupon on the website.

  6. jason330 says:

    lulu,

i cant speak to the admission price – but re marketing collateral: you have to consider the net benefit and hope nobody is printing their brochures on depleted uranium stationary. (But NKS distributors is listed as a vendor, so it is possible.)

  7. Lulu,

agreed. that is pretty much why I can’t go either. I have to spend my ue money on ripple.

    man’s got needs

Things I must remember to NOT say to Ed Begley

    1) My coal powered car is just a prototype, but I’m looking for investors… interested?

    2) Oh this…it is just a chloroform soaked rag… why do you ask?

    3) You were awesome in that 1980 episode of Quincey.

  9. Ever see his show “Living With Ed” on the Planet Green channel? It’s quite interesting watching him put his wife through hell in search of sustainability.

I mean, it’s not a DVR level watch, but it’s definitely a show to stop channel surfing on a lazy Saturday afternoon and see.

That would be another thing not to tell him.

  10. Ed is just another Loony leftist.

  11. jason330 says:

In fact, he is very non-political. I have not read any coverage of the event – but I thought his message was very common sense.

He said, for example, that he was raised by an old style conservative. The kind who liked to conserve.
