    That was a hoot. You know it is a bad day to be a Republican when even Joe Scarborough is getting his kicking boots laced up.

    BTW – Has Mike Castle commented on the GOP’s “budget?”

    Again, it is a shame that we don’t have a functioning press here in Delaware.
