NEW YORK (CNN) — A White House official apologized Monday after a low-flying Boeing 747 spotted above the Manhattan skyline frightened workers and residents into evacuating buildings.
“What were they thinking?” should probably be changed to Were they thinking? Or, are they capable of thinking? Maybe next time they could simulate a mass shooting at Virginia Tech? I can’t imagine all the fear and anxiety this stunt/photo op caused New Yorkers. Beyond stupid.
Not smart. Everybody is a little jumpy these days.
