  1. Happy Birthday, Mr. President. My birthday wish for you is to ignore the Republican Party. They desire nothing but worst for you and our country, and a few of them actually desire your death.

  2. Happy Birthday to my Kenyan cousin! (AND I have a certificate to prove it!)

Keep those Birfers riled up — no one liked having to see this when McCain and Palin riled up the crowds for this crap and moderate Americans don’t much like it now.

  3. Crap! I turned 40 just a few weeks ago and y’all know me better than the President! Get with it!!! 👿

Well, Geek wished me well. He’s such a geek that way.

  4. Quit your bitchin’, ORS — you probably invited Geek to your fabulously wild Over the Hill Birthday party, too…..

    Happy Belated!

  5. Actually…was down in Rehoboth during the week of the birthday with my family and siblings’ families. My teen age niece wanted to earn some cash, so we suddenly had a baby sitter and hopped the Jolly Trolley down to the Rudder (I did put that on Twitter!!!), and lo’ and behold! A college flashback: Love Seed Mama Jump. Nothing like turning 40 and hitting a segue back to 15 years ago or something like that. The next morning, though, yeah, I was suddenly 40 (plus a day) again. All last minute planning, which is so nice to be able to do every so often. Geek was nowhere to be found…probably messing around with DL settings while listening to Michael Jackson on his IPod.

  6. Yes, I had no idea it was your birthday. Happy Belated Birthday RSmitty!

  7. Hey, didn’t I wish you a Happy BD, Smitty? Geez, Geek always gets all the credit.

  8. Tom S

I wish BO several more birthdays…quickly, so we can move on to the next president.

  9. Hmmmm…. does Tom S concede a two term Presidency here? Several means more than three. 😉 Yes, I too wish the President several more birthdays as President. See ya in 2016, Tom S.

  10. G Rex

Hakuna matata, and as salaam aleikum.

  11. Well I don’t have a mountain to name after him so I don’t know that he would be impressed with my birthday wish. I hope it has been a happy one, Mr. President. As you get older, may you become more conservative.

  12. Happy birthday, Mr President. May I wish you a happy retirement in 2013!
