Yes, JMY is a talented and fearsome foe, and his selections are inspired. But, be advised, the Beast Who Cuts and Pastes intends to kick JMY’s bony butt clear back to elementary school. Or is that reform school?

I’m wondering if The Beast has heard about Richard Thompson’s new box set coming out in a few weeks. He’s released some in the past, but this one seems to be a definitive collection spanning his 40 year career, including his time with Fairport Convention, with former wife Linda, and his prolific solo years. I’ll definitely be picking this one up!
