RIP, Patrick Swayze

Patrick Swayze has died. He was 57 years old and had been suffering from pancreatic cancer. I think everyone around my age has seen Dirty Dancing many, many times.

    The pot-throwing scene with Demi Moore in Ghost was pretty remarkable.

    I liked Roadhouse with Sam Elliott, Kelly Lynch and Ben Gazzara. A lot of similarities to “Walking Tall”,but Swayze brought more to the table as an actor and doing stunts than Joe Don Baker did in “Walking Tall”.

    Red Dawn, Uncomon Valor, great movies!

    Sad that he won’t be making a cameo in the new remake of Red Dawn.
