For you youngsters out there, that refers to the Doobie Brothers. This was not a band that the crowd I ran with listened to. 🙄 But they did provide material with which to parody the situation with BP:

    Great video. And they may have been a lame band, but they were the basis for one of the best episodes of “What’s Happening?” ever. Perhaps the best line in the history of that show came from this episode: “You don’t look like brothers to me!”
