Delaware apparently never ratified the Amendment before now, which apparently did not prevent the Amendment from garnering enough states for ratification nearly a century ago. It's kind of embarrassing, don't ya think? Did we just forget? Was the bill for ratification lost in the desk drawer of the late Thurman Adams?

Elliot Jacobson is out as Insurance Commissioner Karen Weldin Stewart’s Chief of Staff. He will apparently remain as a “special adviser” for a little while. His demotion seems to be the result of his June 17 announcement that Blue Cross Blue Shield will stop requiring doctors to obtain permission before performing nuclear stress tests.

I actually did get a speeding ticket last night, so I imagine we'll talk about that. Also, probably the cell phone ban, which according to DelawarePolitics.net is simply the worst thing ever.
