Sarah Palin Adds “Fake Hunter” and “Gun Doofus” to Her Resume
I don’t care that Obama’s future Republican opponent has been lying about being a hunter who is familiar with firearms, but it seems that wingnuts are bothered by it.
In the episode, Palin is handed a second gun, which, thanks to good video editing, she uses to down the animal in one shot.
But knowledgeable hunters would have all recoiled in horror watching Palin immediately place her finger on the trigger of the “hot” Savage 110 as it was handed to her. Keeping one’s finger off the trigger until the very moment of the shot is the first lesson any responsible hunter ever learns.
She, it seems, also fails to operate something called a fishing reel, which I gather from the name is used to fling fish.

Back in God’s own country, the men who made their living from the sea rowing currachs gathered in pubs after a hard days work for a taste to take the salt from their parched lips.
After a few belts of the good Irish whiskey these lively men would break out such instruments as pipes, fiddles etc. and begin enjoying themselves.
For continued LUCK and GOOD FORTUNE on the sea, a FISHING REEL was always included in their dances with each other.
A REEL is a lively Irish dance.
I dearly hope that Sarah Palin shares no common ancestry with any of my forefathers or mothers.
@Capt Willard – before the Jig or the Hornpipe was danced either – our ancestors would cut our own throats before we would beget something a useless as a Sarah Palin……
However a fishing REEL is used to REEL in a fish – its the round thing with the fishing line on it and the handle that goes round
one can also set the DRAG on the REEL depending on the type of fishing – but that is a whole other story –
I didn’t know you could fish in drag.
Well,see now, I’m confused.
But I’ll pluck out my own eyes and feed ’em to the gulls before I’ll tune in to see the likes of that harlot of Hades.

The history of those brave women brings warmth to my heart and inspires me anew to continue the struggle here without further complaint.
Geez, the time I’ve spent in gaol compared to the services rendered and sacrifices made by the Cumann na mBann…well, I’m now embarrassed to admit I’ve whined like a new whelped pup.
I vow to reverse that conduct.
I also vow to never forget the Cumann na mBan.
