Andrew Staton, a Rehoboth Beach realtor and chairman of the 14th District Democratic Committee, announced today on his Facebook page that he is "considering a run for the new State Senate Seat covering Dewey, Rehoboth, Lewes, and Milton."

Senate President Pro Tem Anthony DeLuca must voluntarily release his employment information as requested under FIOA. Failing that, he must resign. The General Assembly must ban, once and for all, the practice of double dipping: no legislator may hold a second state job.
