I’m looking for small office space to rent in the Newark area but my web searches are leaving in me uninspired.
CoWork space seems like a good idea and is certainly cost effective, but not really what we are looking for.
Anybody know of anything?
What kind of space are you looking for? A little office in he back of an industrial park or a large space with a ceiling to floor view of Main St. from the third floor?
Yes.
A pied-à-terre for a company that needs to have people working in Newark a few times a week. Walking distance to stuff would be nice but is not essential.
Best thing is just drive around with an area native until you see something you like, then go home and make phone calls. There are lots of places.
Park in the Newark Shopping Center and walk up Main Street to the Deer Park Tavern. Get a brewski and then head over to Delaware Ave and walk down it on the left hand side until you get to the Burger King. Then go back to your car. You are more than likely to see something that interests you.
