    That sure looks like the back side of the NC Presbyterian Church to me, with the Arsenal in the middle background of the picture (across 2nd and Market Streets) and the church offices or whatever on the right.

    My friends, I have to offer any apology to all those who guessed that this was the New Castle Presbyterian Church. You were right. I mixed up my photos and could have sworn that is was a picture on the Green in Dover, but I was wrong.
