Delaware Liberal Tracking Poll Results — Senate Majority Leader Patti Blevins (D)
Senate Majority Leader Patti Blevins has her supporters and detractors, much like Senator Deluca. She has a 53% disapproval rating, and a 43% approval rating. 4% are undecided. I wonder how much of the disapproval is geniunely earned versus Blevins being tainted by her association with Deluca. I know El Som will say it is earned, and he is not a fan. I will open it up to our readers. Why did you disapprove of Senator Blevins?

I will sheepishly admit that my vague disapproval is based on nothing more than a sense that she is mobbed up with people like McDowell who are clearly just in public life for private advancement.
I don’t know how true that is, but that’s he brand identity Blevins has in my mind right now.
When you are in a ‘leadership’ position, and you sell ‘followers’ down the river while consistently propping yourself up, you get a thumbs-down from me.
For me, it’s all about the Deluca relationship. Making decisions that protect you personally by keeping you on the side that’s winning may be good politics, but it’s lousy public service.
I voted disapprove because she never returned my phone calls when I lived in her district.
From ones I know, AQC, legislators tend not to call back people who are abusive, unreasonable, or walk w a big chip on their shoulder,never satisfied and don’t ever call their elected official w any of intent of being satisfied. Gee sounds like you fit in real well w this blog!
Personally I do not know Blevins as I am downstate, but I have seen some of her initiatives reported on and she has taken on some pretty difficult issues that I’d think any person who is of a liberal frame of mind should be proud of. This blog is like bizzaro world.
