@Delaware Dem… I, too, remember when this building was white and it stood out more across the skyline when looking from Christiana Hospital’s top floors or other places with a view of Wilmington. I really wish they never changed the color. It’s just not the same.
Astra Zeneca bought and painted it. ES was correct as to John Rollins creative use of zoning. I particularly enjoyed the fight between the Rich and the “sorta Rich” in Woodbrook and Sharpley when Rollins after getting the building filed for the helicopter pad. Those stuffed shirt DuPonter, Hercules,Atlas middle mangers fought like they were being led by Abbie Hoffman and won on that point. No Choppers:)

Looking at that picture, I just hope that the people enclosed in Cyberdyne don’t activate Skynet.
