A small, homemade bomb exploded outside a Planned Parenthood office in Wisconsin on Sunday night, prompting federal and local investigators to launch a hunt for the person who put it there.
The attack took place at about 7:30 p.m. local time in Wisconsin, causing a small amount of damage to the building in the town of Grand Chute, about 30 miles southwest of Green Bay. No one was injured.
Who needs to worry about the Taliban? We’re growing our own terrorists.

The “lone wolf” is a myth. Ideas don’t simply appear out of thin air. They are born out of a cultural context; namely, the information and media to which they expose themselves and the social context of which they are a part. When a neo-con propagandist/journalist/politician rails againt the “evils” of abortion, this has very real consequences for people’s attitudes and behaviors.
Modern media (TV, internet, blogs, forums, radio, etc.) are immersive and self-reinforcing within a certain cultural domain. Their “multiplier effect” is realized in these types of extremist actions.
No man exists in a vacuum. There are no lone wolves.
