A Delaware Dem April 5, 2012, 10:27 am Wrong. This is the Stewart House, on Stewart Street in Port Penn. The house was built in the 1740s and was the home of David Stewart, who founded Port Penn and envisioned the community becoming the primary port on the Delaware River.
