Jeb Bush told NewsMax (sorry, no links to NewsMax in my lifetime) that he would consider being Mitt Romney’s running mate.
“Well I’d consider it, but I doubt I’ll get a call, and I don’t know if it’s the right thing for me to do. I didn’t run for president for a similar kind of reason, so I’m all in to try to help him get elected.”
Hahahahaha. First Rice, now a Bush. If there is one family whose enter lineage must be disqualified from office for all eternity it is the Bushes. Romney can’t possibly be thinking of putting a Bush on the ticket. And if he is, he is by far the dumbest politician I have ever encountered.
Meanwhile, yesterday we saw the hilarity of the tracking polls of both Gallup and Rasmussen showing Romney winning nationally contrasted with two Fox News polls showing Obama winning both Ohio and Florida, the later by very comfortable margins. Today, the hilarity is more direct. We still have Rasmussen Tracking showing Romney winning, but now Rasmussen’s own poll of Ohio shows Obama winning.
NATIONAL–PRESIDENT (Gallup Tracking): Romney 47, Obama 44
NATIONAL–PRESIDENT (Rasmussen Tracking): Romney 46, Obama 45
OHIO–PRESIDENT (Rasmussen): Obama 46, Romney 42
OHIO–SENATOR (Rasmussen ):Sen. Sherrod Brown (D) 44, Josh Mandel (R) 41
A new CNN/Opinion Research survey finds 43% of Americans say things are going well in the country, up a whopping 19 points from August.
Go R.Money go! I personally don’t care who the Republicans put up against Obama, anyone other than Obama gets my vote. I’m not a huge Romney fan but at least he can fix our economy and create some jobs.
How?
This is ANOTHER sockpuppet.
Pick a name and stick with IndependentDan/Dangermouse/Veritas/Blue Collar/Joe Public, etc. Sock puppetry is a bannable offense.
Pandora, the Keystone XL pipeline (IF the Canadians are still willing) would be a start.
Cassandra, you mean I have like-minded friends here? Awesome!
Rlly nw y wnt t bn m?
Sock puppetry is a no no. Make your points under one name.
And look who got himself booted from a concert at Ft. Knox.
Although I think that a concert featuring Ted Nugent, REO Speedwagon AND Styx as *co-headliners* is probably forbidden under the Geneva Conventions.
Yes, it’s Politico, but apparently the GOP elite got their meet and greet on in Scottsdale this week sans Teajadis. This statement is interesting:
I hope these teajadis are really clear on who is in charge now. Apparently they are being told to fall in line. And I bet they do, too.
Let me save everyone some valuable time and energy. Below I have compiled a comprehensive list of all the GoP Vice Presidential Candidates the folks at the Delaware Liberal Approve of.
i get it
Hi pandora, if I can only have one name here I’ll choose DangerMouse (I’m a fan of his music).
I was not trying to be a sock puppeteer (didn’t know it was a no-no) and merely posted my “name” to reflect my mood as I posted. So, from henceforth any further thoughts will be from DM.
Thank you, DangerMouse.
what about this?
