    Maybe it’s green space facilitated at tax payers expense so that some rich people don’t have to look at any neighbors.

    Maybe it’s the open space in Greenville that was financed with funds from the Indian River bridge project that former DelDOT Secretary Nathan Hayward III diverted on his way out of office, so that his friends and relatives didn’t have to look at any neighbors.
