    Don’t know. But on January 28TH 1790, The General Assembly met one block north and formally adopted the first eleven of the original twelve proposed amendments to the new U.S. Constitution.

    No. I’m just cropped out of this picture to the left. The fact that I was wearing a red, white and blue bikini top and a feather boa probably had something to do with it.

    The big building is the law offices of Scmittinger & Rodriguez, Dover, Delaware, right on the Green.
