What’s up with the watermelon of doom?
I read a long thread at DelawarePolitics looking for info on the Vance Phillips situation and all I got for my visit to crazy-town was this lousy t-shirt.

No “Like My Facebook Page to be on the pink postcard mailing list”?
Looks like nobody wants to touch it except the gossips.
I guess nothing has happened.
David Anderson shut the comments on two of Frank Knott’s posts about the anonymous letter. This is what Anderson says about it:
I need time to review each entry for legal compliance now that I have officially received a legal request to do so and the only way to achieve that was to close the comments down. I removed one offending comment that struck me as obviously wrong. I see others that may be close to the edge. I will review all 300 and make decisions on each over the coming days so yes, some comments may be edited or disappear after I consult with my attorney Thursday.

What is a “legal request” anyway? That could be anything from official court papers to Jon Moseley, Anderson’s campaign volunteer, telling him to shut it down.
Vance Phillips pretends to be Sussex County’s Patron Saint of 1st Amendment rights to free speech, he even squandered tax payer money (at least $25,000 to the insurance company) in order to allow Sussex County Council to say the Lords Prayer before council meetings, if this is Vance’s lawyer shutting down free speech, that needs to come out.
I promised myself if Protack would go away, and run for a more reasonable spot like NCC something, I would vote for him. I intend to keep my promise.
OK, but you have to promise to tell us about any pick postcards you get.
