On the merits of a new cold war with the arab world

I remember the cold war fondly. As a kid, I never thought that we were all going to be blown up. I never thought that Russians were evil or that we were even at war with "The Soviet Union." I thought we despised a very small cabal of Soviet leadership and that we weren't going to play a part abetting their injustice. It all felt like peace and prosperity to me.

All it would require is just a little cooperation from the countries around the world so very busy protecting their own "national" interests, and the subordination of the temporary interests of the global jet set plutocrats to the future of the species. It's not even that the billionaires wouldn't still be billionaires. They'd just have a little less, in exchange for a decent middle class and protecting our collective future.

Good luck finding anyone with a bacon number greater than 2 when you leverage google's new search by typing “bacon number” followed by the name of any actor. I found one that is 4, but don't want to give it away until others try this thing. WARNING: 3 hours will race by, so if you have to pick up the kids from music lessons - DON'T TRY IT!
