It looks like a poorly funded restoration of an old meeting house, school, grange, or church. The algae growth on the asphalt shingles tells me that it is most likely in the southern part of the state. At least the windows and doors look period. I hope that’s not vinyl siding.

It is Prince George’s Chapel, along Vines Creek Road in Dagsboro. The church was built in 1757.
