    Yes. But more specifically, this is the old B&O Railroad Water Street Station, which ING bought and restored. This building is part of the Furness RR District, built in 1887, which also include the Pennsylvania RR station (now the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. Wilmington Train Station and the Pennsylvania RR office building). During the extensive renovation, the building actually had to be raised a couple of fee to bring it to modern street levels.

    There’s a cool plaque across the street there near Harry’s with old photos (19th century). It’s interesting to see that part of the city with almost no buildings. Tracks were obviously street level, not elevated as they are now. They had to elevate for safety once people started driving cars.
