   It’s likely an Anglican priest, since Leicester Cathedral is an Anglican church.

   Even a Methodist pastor can look like a Catholic when he’s in full uniform (grin).

   Not that the Anglican Church doesn’t have its internal issues, but covering up child abuse doesn’t seem to be one of them.
