Young Conaway Stargett and Taylor now. Am I correct didn’t Pettinaro renovate the building with Federal Funds before the lawyers moved in?
Pettinaro got some NCC pass-through “Recovery Zone” federal money for this project. Penrose Hollins fought the developer for months trying to get him to sign off on a diversity-in-hiring document which the county may enforce for this kind of funding.
