Here is a handy guide to Boston conspiracy theories

Filed in National by on April 23, 2013

I know some libertarian minded liberals (like yous truly ) who were a little surprised at how compliant Bostonians were when the police declared a “lock down”.

But there is a big difference between being a little surprised and being a goddam lunatic.

  1. Delaware Dem says:

New Hampshire state Rep. Stella Tremblay (R) posted on Glenn Beck’s Facebook page that “the Boston Marathon attack and the subsequent search for suspects was playing out how Beck had suggested. She said the bombings were a plot by the federal government, and included a link to a video from another conservative talk show host Alex Jones, in which Jones also claims the federal government planned the bombing,” the Huffington Post reports.

What would be Obama’s motive to plan and execute these bombings? He gets no approval boast from it. To the contrary, having a terrorist attack happen on your watch is a bad thing. Having revelations that the FBI dropped the ball on the older brother is a bad thing for your approval rating. Further, Obama is not pushing for laws that would take away civil liberties as a result. To the contrary, he is following the law and the constitution and trying the younger brother in our courts, so what is his motive?

Delaware Dem, your questions assume that Stella Tremblay is operating from a position of sanity.

    They are therefore irrelevant.

    LOL. Good point.
