Lots of landmarks and clues here. Thanks… I’ll continue with the North East trend from yesterday and say somewhere in the upper bay maybe the Sassafras River near Turner Creek.
You are correct in that this is somewhere in the upper bay. But the Sassafras River is too far south.
I’ll give you a hint. There is a neighborhood that is an island with a sea of green to the north and south, and of blue to the west and east.
The next big river north of that is the Elk. I love your cryptic clue but I don’t understand it!
Look at a Google Map of the Elk River, from the top to the bottom.

yes, but the neighborhood is Chesapeake Isle.
Based on the degree of difficulty I’m calling my original answer, “upper bay”, to be correct!
