We accept lying politicians more than lying journalists. Or, more to the point, I always simply assume a politician is lying. It’s more difficult with a journalist. The only way it works is if they are telling the truth. Now, I’m not naïve. Journalists lie plenty. But you get the drift.

To directly answer your questions, I have no idea, and, either way, no. (I like the way you dragged Clinton into this though, so childish and obvious, yet so satisfying.)

Besides FBH, does anyone care if he does? Or more to the point, does anyone really get their information from news anchor anymore? We have this new fangled thing called the Een Ter Net or something like that. The world at your finger tips. If he wants to believe that he was in a Black Hawk that came under fire, how does that affect me or anyone? I’ve heard much bigger whoppers at the Legion. So whatever gets them through the day is fine by me.
