    I want to make sure that everyone knows this is satire. A joke. No, Kevin Wade is not traveling in a humvee with the National Guard in Baltimore. At least, not to my knowledge anyway. The picture is from his trip to Iraq

    You may think it’s satire DelDem, but rest assured Kevin Wade is on the front lines of a fact finding mission somewhere thinking he is doing something that will lead to getting elected in Delaware.
