Washington (CNN)Rand Paul will boycott Thursday night’s Republican primary debate in South Carolina after being relegated from the main stage, he said on Monday.

“I won’t participate in anything that’s not first tier because we have a first tier campaign,” the Kentucky senator told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer.

In addition to being a first tier campaign, Paul’s statement went on to say that his daddy could beat up your daddy and that he can bench press 300 pounds, but he doesn’t feel like it.

The revised standings have not been revised because nobody had former New York Governor George Pataki, who’s departure from the race was bumped from the headlines by a 5 month old story about a woman in Larchmont NY who lost her wedding ring in a garden, but then found it when eating a tomato.
