    Guys, this is a classic trap move, so please don’t get your knickers in a twist. In fact, this has Harry Reid fingerprints all over it, and you know the kind of Republican ratfucker he is (and I am going to miss him when he goes). You dangle Sandoval out there seriously to see if you can get some Republican to bite and say, “yeah, nominate him and we will hold hearings.” And then you nominate Srinivasan and demand the same fair treatment.

    Yes. You’ll note that most of the reporting sources this suggestion to Harry Reid with a WH anon source confirming vetting only. It lets President Obama look abit above the fray while the GOP gets to oppose even their own.
