Chris Williams has set up a great resource called Delaware Elections 2016. There, you can track campaign donations by zip code with maps and everything. It even has our new favorite thing: heat maps. You can also get breakdowns by donation type, and given a politician (or committee), see what other committees donors are donating to. 19807 and 19803 seem to be responsible for the majority of donations to both parties.
