    From today’s News Journal:

    A historic New Castle building is no longer standing along the Delaware River within the city limits.

    The Donald C. Banks Memorial Building was taken down sometime between Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. The reasons for its removal were immediately unclear Sunday.
